What makes a good (real estate) blog?

Bloggers, especially new ones, can tend to forget that they are actually engaging in a conversation with real people. Unlike a news report from say CNN.com, blog rhetoric should be written in a way to promote feedback in the same way you would speak to a client, friend, etc. in the real world. Asking questions with the expectation of a response is a big factor that separates the blogosphere from mainstream media, and good blogs from bad ones. Zillow’s Blog for example garners a lot of feedback from its users and other bloggers by asking questions about new features the company rolls out, both positive and not-so-positive…
THIS WEBSITE IS UNORGANIZED AND INACCURATE!!! SEARCHES ARE ALWAYS WRONG AND GIVE YOU AREAS YOU DO NOT SEARCH FOR. YOUR ADVERTISING OF THIS WEBSITE IS VERY MISLEADING!
What this all comes down to is very obvious. Blogs should facilitate the honest joys, frustrations, opinions, questions, setbacks, goals, etc. that we all face both in business and in life for the editor and the reader.
